The Sun Barrow boys were the first to release music on the Priapus label back in 1995. John Gwartney and Steve Scoggins worked a block away from each other in downtown Lawrence and ended up playing music after they would get off work. Local skateboarder and drummer Jeff Philips started joining them in their late night sessions and the original Sun Barrow was born. After putting together enough music to perform a 30 minute set, they began playing clubs as an opening act for touring bands.

In the late 90's the band recruited Adam Seitz to play drums and Brian Cleveland on guitar. The 'Barrow then released this full length CD after spending many days in the studio at Egoless.

After the release of this record, Sun Barrow toured the US relentlessly playing the Priapus showcase at the CMJ in New York and NXNW among many other legendary venues.
